Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NeuralChip's services, website, or products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

5. Payment Terms

• Pay all fees and charges on time
• Accept responsibility for all charges under your account
• Notify us of any billing discrepancies within 30 days

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from SLA calculations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALCHIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralChip from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
